The Meadows is a mixed-use housing development in Mitcham Common, London. 

 

As part of a wider regeneration project by Notting Hill Genesis, our goal was to create a visual identity to enhance the character and appearance of the development and, in turn, to increase the sense of community, pride and morale amongst residents. 

 

The nature-inspired design feels wholesome and uplifting. It is intended to inspire a unified, inclusive community with a positive outlook for the future.
